Sharean fir has been filed by lokayukta police against a protestor for protesting against NICE…he has been accused of getting compensation for his encroached government land…Panchalinga allegedly encroached government land and then it was acquired by BDA. He has allegedly got compensation from BDA for the encroached portion.
The compensation was in the form of a site. A private complaint was already filed against Panchalinga before.
